"I called to get help reporting a fender-bender. Nettie was really kind about asking if I was okay and the other driver too. Then she quickly solved my problem, which was that I couldn't log into the State Farm website to fill out the reporting form. The website had my old MSN address from ten years ago, and it wanted to send a code to that old email for me to log in. I couldn't get the code. It didn't have an option to send a text to my cell phone. Nettie quickly took my current email address (gmail), and I was easily able to get into the website. She also gave me a 24/7 phone number to report an accident by talking with a real human: 1-855-259-8568. [Yesterday I spent three hours interacting with a chat robot, changing my password, etc. trying to get into the website. The phone number to get help was on Central Time, and I'm in Pacific Time. No place on the website offered me the opportunity to talk with a human either for login help or for reporting my accident.]"
